05 · Obscura explores depth through repetition. A sequence of monumental arches recedes into darkness, each frame narrowing the field of view until only a distant point of orange remains. The architecture becomes both passage and optical instrument, directing attention toward something visible but never fully reachable.
October Studies is a six-piece architectural art series from Cole Design Works exploring mass, shadow, material, scale, and atmosphere at the darker edge of architectural composition.
Rather than relying on conventional Halloween imagery, each study interprets October through monumental geometry, restrained color, texture, light, and spatial tension.
Each work stands independently while forming part of a connected six-study sequence.

The compact format intensifies the tunnel-like perspective of Obscura, turning the repeating arches into a collectible architectural object suited to desks, shelves, small frames, display stands, or a grouped installation of the complete October Studies series.
