Return & Refund Policy

At Cole Design Works (CDW), every product is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners. We want you to love what you receive — but if something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.

1. Claims and Time Limits

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
Email coledesignworks@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) showing the defect

Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged, misprinted, or defective items

  • Items shipped in error

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because all CDW products are custom-printed or made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or wrong size/color

  • Digital downloads or artwork files

  • Used, worn, or washed apparel

  • Sale or clearance items

4. Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, the customer may be charged for reshipment.
Printful’s facilities automatically return undeliverable items; unclaimed packages are donated after 30 days.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued only after verification with our fulfillment partner..
