Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cole Design Works (CDW), we collaborate with trusted logistics and fulfillment partners — primarily Printful — to produce and ship products worldwide.

1. Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Custom and made-to-order items begin production immediately after you place your order.

2. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days

  • Canada / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Other regions: Up to 30 business days

Delivery times are estimates — carrier delays and customs may extend delivery.

3. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple products may ship separately from different facilities.
Each shipment will have its own tracking link.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import fees, and taxes as required by local laws.

5. Address Errors & Carrier Issues

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs may apply.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 30 days of expected delivery, contact us at coledesignworks@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.
We’ll coordinate with Printful to investigate and replace the item when applicable.
