2. Online Store Terms
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

3. Products & Services
Our products are offered through Squarespace, Etsy, Printful, and other fulfillment platforms. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any product at any time
Limit quantities per order, per customer, or per address
Refuse or cancel orders for any reason
Prices listed on our site are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
4. Accuracy of Information
We aim for accuracy in all product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
However, errors may occur. If a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, photographic, or technical errors, CDW reserves the right to cancel any affected orders.
5. Payment & Billing
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other authorized third-party gateways.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
Many of our products are fulfilled through third-party partners, including Printful. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Printful may manufacture, ship, or process your order on our behalf.
Production begins automatically after an order is placed; cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment starts.
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, delays due to carriers or customs are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds
All return and refund requests must follow our Return & Refund Policy. Printful’s facilities manage all quality-related returns, and unclaimed packages may be donated after 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, graphics, artwork, and text appearing on this site are the intellectual property of Cole Design Works LLC or its content partners.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. User Content & Submissions
If you submit comments, reviews, or creative material (collectively “submissions”), you grant CDW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, or display such material for marketing or operational purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any submission does not infringe on the rights of others.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
Our store integrates third-party providers such as Squarespace, Etsy, Printful, and Google Analytics. Each has its own privacy and service terms.
We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cole Design Works LLC and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
